We Believe Healing Begins at Your Center.

When the pelvis is in harmony, the rest of the body follows

Our mission is to restore your connection to the pelvic floor and the core systems that support it. The pelvis lies at the core of the body, a crossroads where the musculoskeletal, nervous, lymphatic, and fascial systems meet. It’s the foundation of movement, strength, and stability, and the intersection where posture, breath, and balance come together. Every daily activity — from sitting and walking to using the bathroom — relies on this intricate system.

ABOUT CENTERLINE + OUR VALUES

How We Work

Our approach follows the biopsychosocial model, honouring the relationship between the body, mind, and experience in every aspect of healing. Through personalized, one-on-one care, we use a range of targeted, hands-on and movement-based modalities.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include Myofascial Release (MFR), visceral mobilization, cupping, shockwave therapy, and biofeedback. These help to release restriction, improve mobility, support the nervous system, and restore healthy coordination throughout the core and pelvic floor.
