Meet Your Practitioners

Our team is united by a shared philosophy: the body is an interconnected system, and the pelvis is a center point from which balance, strength, and function flow. Each practitioner at Centerline brings not only technical skill but also a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment in which healing is collaborative.

  • PT, PCES, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Founder

Amy brings thoughtful passion, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective to every session. She believes the pelvis is the body’s true centerline — the foundation of movement, strength, and connection — and that restoring balance here can change how a person feels throughout their entire body. Her work is guided by clinical expertise, intuition, and a deep commitment to helping people move through life with greater comfort and confidence.

Amy’s passion for pelvic floor physical therapy is rooted in its ability to profoundly improve quality of life. Early in her career, she worked in orthopedics, but everything shifted in 1998 when a mentor introduced her to pelvic health. As she immersed herself in continuing education, she felt an immediate pull toward the specialty. She saw how misunderstood and undertreated pelvic health issues were, and how transformative the right care could be. By 2006, she devoted her practice fully to pelvic floor therapy, treating women, men, and children with a blend of clinical precision and compassionate guidance.

Amy founded Centerline to address a gap she saw in the healthcare system: a need for a dedicated pelvic health space that is both clinically excellent and deeply supportive. A place where patients feel safe and understood, and where practitioners are valued, respected, and empowered to grow. Her vision is to create a center for healing and learning, a quiet, beautiful environment rooted in collaboration, education, and community. A true gathering place for pelvic floor physical therapy and integrative care.

A licensed physical therapist for nearly three decades, Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois–Chicago. As a certified Pilates instructor, she weaves breath, posture, and functional movement seamlessly into her sessions, helping each person build strength and connection from the inside out.
Outside the studio, Amy lives a healthy, active life filled with fitness, hiking, and travel. Her greatest inspiration and joy come from her children.

  • Lilyia is a passionate healer with over 15 years of experience in Reiki, alternative medicine, and holistic therapies. Her mission is to help individuals heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually through powerful, transformative techniques.

Her own healing journey began in 2010 when she discovered the incredible power of Reiki to support emotional and physical well-being. After years of studying Reiki’s transformative effects, she earned her Reiki Level One and Level Two certifications. By the end her first year, she achieved the Third Degree Reiki Master Practitioner level and became a certified Master Reiki Teacher in 2011. This training has allowed her to not only to provide Reiki treatments, but also to pass on the gift of Reiki to others through small group courses and 1:1 teaching.

As her practice grew, Lilyia sought out additional ways to help her clients experience deeper healing. In 2014, she became certified in Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR), a powerful technique that helps release emotional pain and stored trauma from the body. This has become a vital tool in her healing practice, offering another layer of holistic support.

Seeing the profound impact mental trauma has on both the mind and body, Lilyia expanded Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Certified through Transform Destiny in 2021, she uses these techniques to help clients reprogram limiting beliefs and release negative patterns, unlocking their full potential for healing and personal growth.

With over 10 years of experience, Lilyia continues to offer customized Reiki treatments, HMR, Hypnosis, and NLP sessions designed to guide clients on their unique healing journey. Whether you seek emotional release, physical well-being, or spiritual alignment, Lilyia is here to help you heal and thrive.

  • Kayla’s career began in the fast-paced environment of a physical therapy, where she developed a deep understanding of rehabilitative care and the logistical needs of a high-volume clinical setting. This foundation instilled in her a "patient-first" philosophy that remains the cornerstone of her work today.  Before joining our team, Kayla spent several years at a holistic health office, where she successfully managed a diverse range of wellness services, including:

    • Chiropractic Care

    • Acupuncture

    • Functional Medicine

Her experience in these multi-disciplinary environments makes her uniquely qualified to support our patients navigating the intersection of physical therapy and pelvic wellness. She understands that true health is holistic, and she excels at bridging the gap between clinical treatment and a seamless patient experience.

Kayla knows that seeking care for pelvic floor health and sexual wellness can feel vulnerable. She is committed to creating a safe, discreet, and welcoming environment from the very first phone call. Whether she is navigating complex insurance questions or coordinating your personalized care plan, her goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. "My mission is to take the stress out of the 'office' side of healthcare so our patients can focus entirely on their healing and wellness." When she’s not at the clinic, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and two dachshunds, baking, and traveling.
